Questions

Will my clients know it's automated?
Emails come from “Your Name via Work”, are signed with your signature, and replies go straight to your inbox. You approve every one, so you're always the one sending.
Does it work with my invoicing tool?
If your tool can export a CSV (Stripe, QuickBooks, FreshBooks, Wave, Xero, Harvest, or a spreadsheet), yes. Work finds the client, amount and due date columns automatically.
Is this debt collection?
No. These are courteous reminders from you to your own client. They never threaten fees, collections or legal action.
What does the AI see?
Only what a reminder needs: client name, invoice number, amount, due date, payment link, and your name and tone. Drafts are written by Claude (Anthropic).
What happens when a client pays?
Mark the invoice paid and every pending reminder for it is cancelled. If Work sent a reminder first, the amount counts as recovered.
